4-5 lb pork loin roast
Juice and rind of two oranges (slice the rind in strips)
1/4 red onion chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 t. cumin
2 t. allspice
1 t. dried oregano
Pinch of each sea salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
