Orange Frosty image

This "smoothie" type drink also has a banana in it. If your kids like o.j., they'll like this. From Sue Gregg's cookbook, Lunches & Snacks. I don't usually fill the blender with ice cubes, just a couple of handfuls or so.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (6 ounce) can frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup low-fat milk
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 banana
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
ice cube, to fill blender

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until ice cubes are completely crushed.
