These chops are delicious. Crispy and flavorful on the outside, tender & juicy on the inside. Works best with thick, boneless chops. I use chicken stove top, but I'm sure any flavor would be wonderful. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. In a food processor - pulse stuffing mix to make fine crumbs...to the crumbs add Parmesan & garlic. Place the crumbs in a large ziplock baggie or spread onto a large plate. Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
- 2. In a casserole big enough to hold the 4 chops, add 3 - 4 tablespoons butter. Place in preheated oven until bubbling. Salt & pepper chops.
- 3. In the meantime, whisk egg and milk. Dip each chop in egg mixture, then into crumbs and place in dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt and place in oven. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until baked through. Do not over bake.
- 4. They should be golden on the outside and juicy on the inside. For thinner chops, decrease baking time.
- 5. Delicious!
