1/2 cup(s) grated apple
1/2 cup(s) cream cheese
2 tablespoon(s) crunchy peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) apple butter

  • Spread peanut butter on remaining 3 pieces of wheat toast. Combine one piece of each toast to create a sandwich. Cut in half and serve.
