No Crust Veggie Pizza image

These are good for dinner or appetizers!

Number Of Ingredients 6

- portebello mushroom caps
- sliced bell peppers, use whatever colors you like
- marinara sauce or pizza sauce
- parmesan cheese- can use light or fat free
- onion
- any other veggies you prefer!

Steps:

  • Place mushroom caps upside down on cookie sheet. Spread about 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each mushroom then top with veggies and cheese.
  • Bake at 350 until cheese melts and everything is warmed through. I did not give measurements because you can build these to your liking. If you like less sauce you can use less. There are so many combinations to try!
