Steps:
- Mix cracker crumbs and margarine. Pour in 9x13 dish or pan. Flatten out or pack for crust.
- Mix milk, sugar, cream cheese and 1 small tub of Cool Whip with mixer. Pour 1/2 of mixture over cracker crust. Place 1 quart sliced strawberries over mixture. Pour other 1/2 of mixture over strawberries.
- Top with remaining small tub of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with pecan pieces.
