A woman dined at a Nieman Marcus restaurant and for dessert had a cookie. It was the best cookie she had ever eaten and she asked for the receipe. Number Of Ingredients 13

2 c butter
2 c sugar
2 c brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 c flour
5 c blended oatmeal (measure and blend in a blender or food processor to a fine powder)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
24 oz chocolate chips
8 oz hershey chocolate candy bar, grated
3 c nuts, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and cream throughly.
  • 2. Add flour, blended oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well.
  • 3. Add chips, grated candy bar and chopped nuts and mix well. Drop by teaspoon two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 6 - 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies but recipe can be halved.
