NANCY'S PIE CRUST image

1/2 c lard
1/4 c boiling water
1 t salt
2 T sugar
1 1/2 c flour

Steps:

  • Pour boiling water over lard and work with a fork. Stir in salt, sugar and flour. Refrigerate for 30 to 45 mins. Roll out on a lightly floured surface.
