Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pound of sea scallops
1 jigger Grand Marnier
1 jigger heavy cream
1 tbls. butter
Bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Place scallops in small ovenproof dish. Cover with Grand Marnier, cream and butter. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake for ten minutes at 450. Serve over rice. Top with fresh chopped parsley.
