MY CREAMY CUCUMBER SALAD

My Creamy Cucumber Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp white or cider vinegar
1/2 c duke's mayo (or your favorite brand)
1/4 c sour cream
1 pkg equal (small blue packet)
1/4 tsp dill weed
Dash celery seed
1/4 of a small onion, sliced thin
Dash of ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

1. Mix first 3 ingredients,(cukes, kosher salt, & vinegar) Set aside for 30 minutes. Drain well!
2. Mix together rest of ingredients and add to cucumber mixture and place in fridge til ready to use.
