My family absolutely loves these fried potatoes. They request them all the time for breakfast. I love them anytime. They are quick easy and delicious. Your tummy will thank you, but your waistline may not. LOL...Cooking with passion, ENJOY! sw:)

Steps:
- 1. add reserve fat to a large medium heated skillet. toss in onions, cook until onions are translucent
- 2. add potatoes and remaining ingredients. mix well. ensure that all slices of potatoes are evenly coated.
- 3. cover. gently flip potatoes to brown and cover skillet. repeat. potatoes are done when fork tender. this will take 10-12 minutes.
- 4. plate up and enjoy!
