My Anytime Fried Potatoes image

My family absolutely loves these fried potatoes. They request them all the time for breakfast. I love them anytime. They are quick easy and delicious. Your tummy will thank you, but your waistline may not. LOL...Cooking with passion, ENJOY! sw:)

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 medium red potatoes, thinly sliced
4-5 slice bacon, sliced & cooked**keep reserved fat**
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1/2-1 Tbsp all purpose seasoning salt**i used everglades**
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp crushed red pepper pepper**more or less**

Steps:

  • 1. add reserve fat to a large medium heated skillet. toss in onions, cook until onions are translucent
  • 2. add potatoes and remaining ingredients. mix well. ensure that all slices of potatoes are evenly coated.
  • 3. cover. gently flip potatoes to brown and cover skillet. repeat. potatoes are done when fork tender. this will take 10-12 minutes.
  • 4. plate up and enjoy!
