MUSHROOM CONGEE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Rice Wine or Dry Sherry
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/4 tsp sugar
white pepper to taste
1 lbs mixed gourmet mushrooms
1/2 cup short grain rice
2 cups water
4 cups cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

  • Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl, add mushrooms, let stand for 10-20 minutes Combine rice, soup and water in a pot, cook for 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and marinade, cook until rice becomes very soft and creamy (about 20-30 minutes). Serve with Rice
