Multi Bean Chili image

Happily a wonderful experiment. My daughter really loves it!

Number Of Ingredients 13

2 c white beans
2 c pinto beans
1 can(s) black beans
1 can(s) garbanzos, cooked
1 can(s) kidney beans, canned
1 lb spicy sausage
1/4 c diced celery
1/4 c diced carrots
1/4 c onion chopped
2 can(s) diced tomatoes
chili powder and cumin to taste
fresh cilantro
3 tsp chopped garlic

Steps:

  • 1. crumble and brown sausage, with onions, carrots and celery. Drain
  • 2. Wash dry beans cover with water , cook in same pan with sausage mixture. cook until slightly tender
  • 3. Add canned beans with canned tomatoes, chili powder and cumin, and garlic. Simmer a 15 more minutes
  • 4. Serve with chopped fresh cilantro on top! Enjoy!
