Steps:
- Peel and boil potatoes. Mash as usual, with milk and butter, but keep a little stiff. Add cream cheese and sour cream, garlic salt, and pepper to taste.
- Whip with an electric mixer, and pour into a buttered casserole. Dot with butter, and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in preheated oven at 325* for approx. 45 minutes. Potatoes will thicken upon cooking time.
