MOM'S PORCUPINE MEATBALLS image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb. Ground Beef
1/4 cup Uncooked Long Grain Rice
1 Slightly Beaten Egg
1 tbls Snipped Parsley
2 tbls Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 tsp Salt
Dash Pepper
1 10 3/4oz Condensed Tomato Soup
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Worcestershire

Steps:

  • Combine beef, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper & 1/4 of tomato soup. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 20 small balls & place in fry pan. Mix remaining tomato soup, water & worcestershire. Pour over mixture over meatballs and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer for 40-45 minutes, stirring often.
