Mom's Lemon Cake image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon jello
4 pieces eggs
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup salad oil
2 cups confectioner's sugar, sifted
2 pieces lemons, juiced
2 tablespoons butter, softened

Steps:

  • Blend cake mix, jello, eggs, oil and water. Beat 150 strokes a min. Turn into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
  • Bake 45 mins at 350.
  • Blend sugar, lemon juice and butter.
