So my mom is an excellent cook. She loves aspargus and taught me how to grill it!! This is such a yummy recipe!! Use it as a side dish or cook up extra and have it for an appetizer or snack. Tastes great on a salad too!!

Steps:
- Cut half to one inch of the bottoms off the aspargus. Lay on cookie sheet or large baking dish. Generously pour olive oil on top then sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking. Mix aspargus together with hands making sure you coat the entire bundle.
- Place on top rack of grill or over indirect heat and turn every couple minutes or so for about 5-10 minutes depending on grill. You want to make sure that it doesn't burn or over cook. You still want the aspargus to "snap" when you eat it.
