Mom's Cole Slaw image

The name of this recipe says it all! My mother used this same recipe all of her life and the whole family raved about it.

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 c shredded cabage
1 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. Place shredded cabbage in a large bowl
  • 2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl mixing well.
  • 3. Pour dressing over cabbage and mix. Chill
