Moist and Easy Banana Bread image

This banana bread is moist, low-fat and easy to make as there is no need for a mixer! I found this recipe on-line on a couple different websites and adapted it slightly to add non-fat yogurt in place of some of the butter to lower the fat content. My fiance and I loved it!
