Mississippi Mud Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/2 cups cold milk
2 (3 1/2-ounce) boxes instant vanilla pudding (4-serving size)
1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
1 (8-ounce) container non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® chocolate cookie crumb pie crust
hot fudge ice cream topping

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl beat milk, pudding mix and coffee crystals with wire whisk for 1 minute. Whisk in whipped topping. Spread in crust. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.2. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Drizzle with ice cream topping. Store in freezer.
