Steps:
- Stir together the sugar, cream, and corn syrup in an 8 cup glass bowl, stirring until sugar lumps are dissolved. Microwave on high for 13 minutes. Carefully remove - pan will be EXTREMELY HOT!!! Stir in 4 T. butter, pecans and vanilla. Beat by hand for 1 minute until mixture i notably less glossy. Working quickly - using 2 tablespoons - drop onto prepared foil. Add some cream if mixture is too thick. Cool 20 minutes. Eat within 4 days.
