Steps:
- Let ground beef thaw. Then mix 1 1/2 cups salsa into beef.
- Cut onion in half. Finely chop 1/2 of the onion and mix into beef. Slice 2nd half for burger topper.
- Separate beef into 4 equal portions and form into patties. Use the other 1/2 cup salsa in place of ketchup, mustard, or mayo. Cook according to preference.
