These hot dogs are simple but super tasty. I loved the cooking method. It makes the skin on the hot dog crisp. The onions, tomatoes, and cilantro add a fun Mexican flair. Delicioso!

Steps:
- In a large skillet, heat oil to medium, add hot dogs and cook until dark brown almost black.
- While dogs are browning, dice onions and tomato. Wash and dry your cilantro. Set aside.
- Place the hot dog in the bun. Add ketchup first then layer tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Enjoy!! These are my kid's favorite way to eat hot dogs :)!!
