MEAT-MACARONI CASSEROLE

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 c chopped onion
1 can(s) campbell's cream of cerlery soup
8 oz can tomatoes, cut up
1/4 tsp dried thyme, crushed
dash pepper
1 c elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
12 oz can spam, cut in 1/2 inch or smaller cubes
1/4 c chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

1. In medium skillet, melt butter; cook onion till tender but not brown. Stir in Cream of Celery soup, tomatoes, thyme, and pepper.
2. Fold in macaroni, Spam, and bell pepper. Turn into 1-1/2 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or till hot.
