Steps:
- about an hour to hour and a half before grilling, throw your marinade together - mix all ingredients EXCEPT salt & pepper & garlic & coffee grounds. Whisk together briskly in a mixing bowl and transfer to a shallow rectangular baking pan (like you would use for brownies, etc) rub your meat on BOTH sides with salt, pepper & garlic & coffee ground & place in marinade. cover with saran wrap & refrigerate. Marinade for about an hour, turning meat once. (the longer you marinate, however, the stronger the flavors- you can marinade and refrigerate the day before) rev up your grill when it's dinner time, grill to your meat doneness preference (I like medium rare personally, which is about 5 - 7 minutes a side on my little mini weber kettle charcoal grill)- you can use the marinade liquid to baste while cooking, but discard any leftovers - you can't reuse marinades. serve with oven roasted fingerling or baby red bliss potatoes & a nice salad & you have a simple, easy, restaurant worthy meal! enjoy!
