MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN STRIPS image

5 Tablespoons "lite" soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
5 garlic cloves
1 can (12 oz) lemon-lime soda
2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut lengthwise into 1/2inch strips

Steps:

  • In a large bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients. Add the pork strips and seal. Refrigerate overnight or put into freezer for future BBQ. Drain & discard marinade. Thread pork onto skewers. Grill over medium high heat for 12-15mins, turning a couple of times.
