MARIANNE'S SALAD DRESSING image

1/4 c champagne vinegar
1/2 c vegetable oil
pinch salt
1/2 c sugar
1 Tspn honey
pinch of black poppy seeds
baby spinach
strawberries, halved
goat cheese, sliced in rounds

Steps:

  • Combine vinegar; vegetable oil; salt; sugar and honey--blend well. Pour over baby spinach salad and toss. Then sprinkle on poppy seeds; strawberries and goat cheese.
