Marco Polo image

We used to have this recipe every time we went to visit one of my Mom's friends. I have since made it for my kids and it has become a family favorite. I am posting this today because it is my daughter's 31st birthday and this is what she has requested for her birthday dinner. We will all get together and celebrate with this...

1 bunch green onions, cleaned and chopped. include green parts
4 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
4 oz swiss cheese, grated

  • 1. Boil linguine or spaghetti noodles per package directions.
