Mango Cookies image

This is a different kind of cookie and it has a tropical fruit that would be great for a great cookie;I have not made this cookie as of yet so I hope that you enjoy this tropical cookie.. Enjoy !!!!!!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 cup(s) butter
1 cup(s) sugar
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
2 large egg
1-1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla, and cinn.
1/2 cup(s) mashed mangos
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
3 cup(s) flour
1/2 cup(s) milk

Steps:

  • Put milk,eggs,soda,2cups of flour, sugar, butter,mangos in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix with a hand mixer until creamy and then add the vanilla, the rest of the flour, cinn, brown sugar.
  • Bake in a Preheated oven at 375* for about 9-11 mins. or til golden....
  • Cool on an wire rack....
