1 medium onion, diced
225 g mange-touts peas, topped and tailed
1 small potato, diced
25 g butter
600 ml vegetable stock
300 ml milk

Steps:

  • Melt butter and sauté onion until transparent.
  • Add mange tout, potato and stock.
  • Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Take off heat, add milk and liquidize. Reheat if needed.
