malt o meal muffins image

i love muffins and this was on the box years ago. as the kids got older i added nuts. brickle would be good too. chop some skor candy bars would be good too.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/4 c flour
3/4 c malt o meal or cream of wheat cereal
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c milk or half/half
1/4 c oil
1 egg
1tbs baking powder
1/2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. combine the wet ingredients. add the dry ingredients. makes 12 muffins bake at 400 app 10-12 min
