Make Ahead Layered Salad image

This is a great make ahead recipe that's perfect for summer barbecues.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 - head iceberg lettuce, chopped
2 cup(s) spinach
8 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
4 - tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch(es) green onions, chopped
1 1/2 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
1 10 oz bag(s) frozen corn (or peas), thawed
DRESSING
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
1/2 cup(s) mayo

Steps:

  • In a glass serving bowl, layer ingredients in the order listed above.
  • Whisk dressing ingredients together until combined.
  • Pour over the top of the corn and spread to cover.
  • Cover and refrigerate prior to serving.
