Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meat in a large bowl, set aside.
- 2. Using a blender or food processor, finely chop the zucchini, carrot and apple. Add to meat.
- 3. Also add to the meat the celery, onion, bread crumbs, egg, worcestershire sauce, garlic, parsley, basil, garam masala, and a 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce. Blend well....don't be afraid to get you hands in there and mix it up thoroughly.
- 4. Transfer meat to a 9x12 casserole dish and form a large rectangle, leaving approximately 1-2 inches around all sides.
- 5. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, and top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes more. Remove from oven and let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving. Tip: If too juicy, I like to remove the extra juices using a spoon or suction.
