Maggiano's Alfredo Sauce Recipe - (3.3/5) image

2 cups cream
1 cup, about 3 oz., shredded Asiago cheese
2 Tb. butter
1 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • In medium saucepan, combine cream, asiago, butter and garlic. Bring to a simmer and season to taste. Keep warm until ready to use.
