Another WOW recipe from pillsbury.com. Pinched this and changed it to suit my needs. Will probably make for Valentine's Day dessert. This is so EASY!

Ingredients

1 package(s) (8 ct.) pillsbury grands homestyle original refrigerated biscuits
2 2/3 tablespoon(s) packed brown sugar
1 cup(s) sour cream
2 2/3 cup(s) whipping cream
1 1/3 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
2 teaspoon(s) sugar
1/2 can(s) (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Steps:

In a preheated 375-degree oven, bake the biscuits as directed on package.
In a medium bowl, sprinkle the brown sugar over the sour cream; let stand for 2 minutes. Beat in the whipping cream on high speed until slightly thickened. Refrigerate until time to serve.
When the biscuits are done, brush them with melted butter; sprinkle with sugar. Cool 5 minutes. Split biscuits horizontally; fill and top with pie filling and the sour cream mixture.
