1/4 cup cold water
3 3/4 cup water

Steps:

  • -Bring 3 3/4 cups of water to a rolling boil. -Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup water, mix to blend. -Stir cornstarch into boiling water, stir until thickened and clear. -Cool before using.
