1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
3 lbs rump roast
1 cup nonfat beef broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Place roast in crockpot.
  • Mix broth, onion soup, salt and pepper in small dish and pour over roast.
  • Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
