LINDA'S HOT SPINACH CHEESE DIP image

Number Of Ingredients 9

10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, drained and towel dried
14-ounce canned artichoke hearts, drained
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces mayonnaise
8 ounces Parmesan
1 tablespoon lemon juice
garlic powder
2 cups Pepper Jack cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Combine all of the top ingredients in food processor until smooth. Bake in uncovered oven-proof skillet at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Pepper Jack cheese and bake for 5 minutes more. (Should be bubbling.) Serve with bagel chips or Sunchips.
