Limoncello Glaze image

12 ounces Apricot Jam
2 tablespoon Limoncello Liqueur

Steps:

  • In small saucepan over medium, heat jam to melting. Remove from heat, pour through strainer to remove lumps. Add Limoncello to taste. Will keep fro 6 months.
