LEMON & DILL BAKED SALMON image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 pieces Wild King Salmon Fillets (6 ounces each)
1 dash olive oil
2 tablespoons Butter
1 piece Lemon Juice, of 1 lemon
3.5 tablespoons Dillweed, fresh
1 clove Garlic
1 dashes salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350'F (400'F worked for us).
  • Lightly brush a medium baking dish with oil; Place salmon on the dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • Slowly melt butter; add lemon juice, garlic and fresh dill. Drizzle over salmon.
  • Bake around 15-20 mins or until salmon reaches an ideal inner temperature of 145'F.
