Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350'F (400'F worked for us).
- Lightly brush a medium baking dish with oil; Place salmon on the dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Slowly melt butter; add lemon juice, garlic and fresh dill. Drizzle over salmon.
- Bake around 15-20 mins or until salmon reaches an ideal inner temperature of 145'F.
