LAMB CABERNET SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 Tbs Butter
1 Tsp Flour
1/4 Cup Cabernet Sauvigon Wine
1/3 Cup Beef Broth
2 Tbs Water
1 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp Minced Parsley
Pich Lamb Seasoning

Steps:

  • In Skillet heat olive oil Place Seasoned Rack of Lamb in Skillet for 4-5 min on each side - until brown. Remove and rap in foil until ready to grill. Melt butter in skillet (Do not wash out skillet) When butter is melted add flour and wisk until it is tan in color. Whisk in other ingredients in the order listed, then turn off heat and plate.
