How to make Kurabiyesi

Number Of Ingredients 2

Dough:
250 grams of margarine350 grams of flour6 tablespoons cornstarch1 vanilla sugar7 tablespoons powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Weight: Easy
  • Knead the dough of all the ingredients and leave in the fridge for about half an hour.
  • From small pieces of dough form a cylinder, then cut to about 3-4 cm in length.
  • With a knife nicks each cookie and bake at 170 degrees for about 40 min.
