Kit's Sweet Potato Pudding.... image

I make this every year for Thanksgiving. It's big hit with every one...

Categories     Potatoes

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 cup(s) sweet potatoes, grated
2 cup(s) sugar
2 - eggs, beaten
1 cup(s) milk
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
6 tablespoon(s) butter, cubed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350F. In medium bowl combine the first 3 ingredients & mix well.
  • Then add in the milk to moisten with the vanilla & make sure to mix everything well.
  • Then pour into baking dish,level everything out & place butter pieces on top.
  • Then bake for about 1-1 1/2 hours. Best serve hot.
