Kielbasa with fried potatoes and onions image

Great as a side dish or the main meal. Smoky flavor from Kielbasa pairs well with the potatoes.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg kielbasa with cheese cut into rounds
5 large russet potatoes peeled and sliced thinly (a mandolin works well here)
1 large onion sliced into rings
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 clove garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Place oil in hot skillet. Brown the potatoes working in batches. Once all are brown add all back to pan with onions and garlic. Add more oil if needed. Once the onions are translucent and starting to brown add the kielbasa. Cook until potatoes are done. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley
