Karen's Mexican Coleslaw image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/4 head Green cabbage, thinly sliced
1/4 head Red cabbage, thinly sliced
1 piece Mango, peeled and thinly sliced
1 pieces Red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
1/2 cups Maple syrup
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Hot photo pepper flakes or chipotle in adobe sauce

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine all veggies. In small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients and season with s and p. Drizzle over cabbage mixture and toss well to coat.
