Kale and beet smoothie developed over 3 years to perfection! Try to use all organic items if possible. If you don't drink it immediately, it will thicken; I then just use a spoon and eat it for lunch. The flavor changes and becomes sweeter.

- Combine kale, cranberry juice, blueberries, beet, flax seeds, chia seeds, milk thistle seed powder, and green tea powder in a high speed blender (such as NutriBullet®). Add water to reach the blender's fill line. Blend until smooth.
