Steps:
- 1. Drain juice from pineapple, set fruit aside.
- 2. Dissolve Jell-O gelatin in pineapple juice, microwave that for 2 minutes. Let cool.
- 3. Mix thoroughly cream cheese, 1 tub cool whip topping, and pineapple fruit; after it is cooled add the Jell-O mixture.
- 4. Pour into pie crust. Place in the refrigerator for 4-5 hour to set.
- 5. When ready to serve add a dollop of Cool Whip topping from the other tub.
