Italian Wedding Soup with Three Cheese Tortellini Recipe - (4.5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 12

9 oz package refrigerated three cheese tortellini
1 pkg frozen Italian style meatballs
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
juice of one lemon
pinch of salt
2 1/2 C kale, chopped
1 tsp dried basil
1 T minced garlic
6 C chicken stock
1 C celery, chopped
pinch of sugar
dash of pepper

Steps:

  • 1.Combine all ingredients in the crockpot. 2.Turn on high for 1 hour and then low for 3 more hours. 3. Stir occassionally
