I love Chinese dishes & I wanted to try this one. It's a more sweeter based sauce. Super cheap, easy, & quick!

Number Of Ingredients 9

large 2 chicken breast
1/2 cup(s) honey
1/4 cup(s) kethcup
1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
2 tablespoon(s) oil
1/4 cup(s) water
4 clove(s) garlic
2 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
sesame seeds (optional)

Steps:

  • Salt & pepper your chicken breast. Even add some garlic powder if you want to, like I did. (I love garlic) Just place the chicken on the bottom of your instant pot/pressure cooker. Then take a bowl & mix all your liquid ingredients together. Honey, soysauce, water, oil, ketchup, minced or thinly chopped garlic, & just pour it all over the chicken. Close it & make sure it's on sealed & not vent! Put your instant pot on high pressure cook or manual, for 15mins.. Once it beeps let it naturally release pressure for another 10-15mins, & then manual realise it. Once all the air has been realised & the valve is down, open the lid.. Take out the chicken carefully & cut it in pieces with a knife. Leave the liquid in the instant pot cause your gonna use it! Add some of the liquid to a bowl & whisk it with the cornstarch then once no longer lumpy & mixed in, add it back to the pot & put the instant pot on sauteed mode until sauce thickens to your desire. Once thickened toss back the chicken to coat it in the sauce. Add sesame seeds in your dish or on your plate for garnish! ENJOY! Super easy & fast! Serve with noodles, white rice or fried rice. :)
