Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 Combine 1st 6 ingredients (to cinnamon (reserving 1/8 tsp cinnamon) in bowl and set aside. Beat eggs on medium high in blender, 2 minutes. On medium, add 1 cup sugar, butter, sour cream and vanilla; beat until just combined. On low, slowly add flour and salt. Pour fruit mixture evenly in 10" glass pie plate. Pour batter over fruit, covering it completely. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Bake 55 - 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean and fruit is bubbling around sides. Serve warm or at room temp. Vanilla ice cream.
